Search Instructions

Title Keywords: Three fields. All terms in any title field are searched as follows:

Include all terms - all terms must be included in results
Include any terms - any of these terms are included in results
Exclude all terms - none of these terms will be included in results

Author's name : Authors name must be entered as either last name only or last name, first name. Multiple authors may be included in a search by separating names with semicolons.

Examples:
Jones
Jones; Smith
Jones, David
Jones, David; Smith, Bill

Department : Any - Provides a search of all departments. Select specific departments to narrow a search.

Dates : Enter a single date in either date field and only that date will be searched for. Enter a range of dates and the range will be searched inclusive of the years entered in the search.

Sort by : Default is Year.

Records to Display : Default is 10 records per page. You may select 10, 25, 50, 100 or all records per page. Be aware that "All" records per page will slow your search considerably.
